If you’ve followed me for a while, (especially on instagram), you know I LOVE coffee and red wine! These two things unfortunately leave my smile stained, dull, and definitely not looking the best. Your kit comes with everything you need. First you make your impressions. This may sound hard, but I promise you, if I can figure it out so can you. I was so nervous I was going to mess up, but they even give you a back up paste in case it doesn’t come out right the first time. Once you’ve made your impressions, you send those back, and then you receive your custom trays a few days later. Once you get those you are good to start whitening. I usually pop mine in around 9pm while I watch Grey’s Antonymy, or while doing blog stuff. Then I take them out right before bed. On top of the whitening gel, you get a desensitizing gel to use as well. Let me tell you this stuff is AHMAZING! (I’ve used similar whitening products from my dentist and they left my teeth super sensitive. I thought I would have to use sensitive toothpaste on top of the gel, however, I kept forgetting to pick some up and I was totally fine.)
