Summer Friday: Pool Floats

Is anyone else as excited as I am for the long weekend?

I hope that most of you are headed to the beach or a pool party and if that’s the case, today’s post is perfect for you.

I’ve rounded up some of my favorite pool floats for today’s Summer Friday.

Pool floats have always been a necessity, but now there are some really fun ones out there. From swans and unicorns, to food and emoji’s, there is something for everyone. So grab your friends, a cooler, the sun block and one of these fun floats and get to the nearest body of water.

Summer Friday: What's in my beach bag

I am going to keep my post short today since I am on vacation.

For today’s Summer Friday post I decided to share with y’all what’s in my beach bag.

1. Beach Bag 
(This is the one I have in Jamaica with me!) 
2. Lip Balm 
(Make sure it has sunscreen because nothing is worse than sunburned lips.)
3. Round Beach Towel
4. Portable Speaker
5. Sea Salt Spray
6. Sunglasses
7. Cute Drink Cup 
8.  Regular Sunscreen 
(Always need a great pair of sunnies. Bonus if they are polarized!)
9. Tarte Sunscreen 
(I'm trying this out currently. It's pricey but just use on your face and neck.)
10. Fun Float 
(Good for when you want to cool off.) 
*I also typically bring a few magazines or a book.

We’ve covered swimwear and cover-ups on Summer Friday, so naturally today I’m talking all about bags! Who doesn’t love a cute tote to stash all their necessities and bring them down to the beach?  I know I do. Whether you bring the bare minimum or everything, you could need and more these bags fit everything for a fun day by the water!

Summer Friday: Cover-ups

For most of y’all, this is a three-day weekend, which makes it even better! (If you have Monday off just know I am EXTREMELY jealous!!) 

Today for Summer Friday, I have rounded up some really fun cover-ups. In my opinion, your cover-up is just as important as the swimsuit you choose. I think different destinations/activities require different cover-ups, so I have some for the pool, the beach, the boat, and of course just exploring whatever fun summer location you are in.

Summer Friday: Memorial Day

It’s finally Friday!

I’m so excited for the weekend friends, and I’m sure you are too.

This week for Summer Friday, I’m talking all about Memorial Day. From looking at this picture, you might think I’m way ahead of the game for Fourth of July but Memorial Day is another great holiday to break out your red, white, and blue. Now is also the best time to buy those red, white, and blue/flag print items because if you wait until late next month it will be slim pickings for sizes, prints, etc. I’ve rounded up some great items for next weekend whether you’re having a backyard BBQ, headed to the beach, pool or out on the boat.

Summer Fridays: Swimwear

Happy Friday friends!
Today I want to kick off a new series called Summer Fridays.
Now I know what you’re thinking…it’s not summer yet but it will be soon and those pool days and trips to the beach will be here sooner then you think.
Each Friday I will be posting about something different, such as a trend, the perfect beach bag, what to pack in that perfect beach bag, and so much more.
I’m really excited about this and hope you are too.
To kick things off I thought I would start with swimsuits.
