Fall Decor

I originally had something different planned for today's post. However, I'm still not 100% sure when I will be getting my computer back so I decided to share some fall home decor.
Who's ready for fall? I can tell you that I most certainly am. I plan on decorating our house when we get back from the lake next weekend.
Here are a few pieces I have my eye on that I will probably be buying once I take inventory of what I already have.

These blankets always remind me of fall/winter. I really want one, but I know Ramsey would ruin it in 0.2 seconds!
This wreath is so pretty! I feel like you could buy some other florals to add and make it really POP!
This smells so good in person. I didn't buy it the other day (because my hands were full), but I fully intend to go back and get a few.
These are so cute. They come in a few different sizes too. I've really been into wicker and rattan lately.
I love all the different pieces and colors!
I snuck this into the cart the other day and it smells sooooo good!
I think blush is a great way to break up all the oranges, yellows and browns that come with fall decor. This pillow is so cute and currently on sale!
I want to get a bunch of different kinds of these to create a pretty arrangement for our entry table. They have a TON at Target!
This is a great option for vase filler if you don't want to use a vase. This would be perfect to use year round and change out what you put in it.
This is so cute! I also love this style mug.
Gold Lantern
This could be another cute way to display vase filler pieces like the pumpkins or the metallic filler above.
This would be great for those leaf sprays I mentioned above.
I saw this on Fashionably Kay's Instagram and thought it was so cute! Not only is it useful, but it would also look cute if you have a little coffee area in your house.
This I actually did pick up the other day. I'm trying to decide what I want to buy to put them in... maybe the wood bowl or gold lantern? Not sure yet. I will keep you posted.
I love all the cute seasonal signs. I picked up a small one for my desk the other day. Might need to get this one for downstairs.

I hope everyone has a great weekend. Maybe fall decor shopping or decorating? haha Like I said I will definitely be putting all my stuff out next week! I can't wait!

Sweater Tank

 Hey y'all!
It's currently Sunday and I am pre-writing my 2 posts for the week. We are going out of town on Wednesday and I know Monday & Tuesday are going to be very long work days. I'm hoping by getting these written on Sunday I will be a little less stressed this week. I will have to add all the photos on Tuesday though. If you read this post then you know my MacBook decided to die on me last week. A guy J works with was able to get it fixed with a few parts so I am hoping to have it back on Tuesday!
Enough about MacBooks and work week stress. Let's talk about this cute little sweater tank top. I have been seeing these a lot lately and was so excited to snag one from the Parkside Harbor Christmas in July sale. This is such a great piece to wear all year long. I paired it with my favorite flowy chambray skirt here. Since it's been 10000 degrees here I thought a really lightweight bottom would help keep my cool. You could also pair it with jeans or shorts and then throw on a jacket and booties for fall. This is such a versatile piece. I also really love the color. I will definitely be wearing this on repeat for the next few months.

Top: Parkside Harbor | Skirt: Lulu's | Shoes: Steve Madden (also love these) | Sunnies: Quay Australia | Lipstick: NARS Powermatte Lip Pigment in American Woman | Watch Band: Amazon

Speaking of wearing things multiple ways I had an idea the other day. With Reels becoming super popular on Instagram I thought it would be a great idea to make one for each blog outfit showing you at least 2 ways to wear it. My goal is to start that in the next week or so. Y'all know I am all about things I can wear multiple ways and I think it's important to have at least a few different outfits for most pieces. If you aren't already following me make sure to give me a follow if this is something you are interested in. @thefashionablylateblonde

White Ruffle Dress

 Wow!
What a week! And it's only Tuesday.
We have been having so many technical issues lately. The latest is my Mac-book may or may not be DUNZO!! J is taking it to work tomorrow to have some tech guys look at it. Cross your fingers for me that they can save it.
Let's talk about this outfit though. I am obsessed!! When we shot this outfit I instantly fell in love with all the photos. It turned out so perfectly. You know when you imagine something in your head and it ends up working out exactly like you thought or better? That's what happened here.
This dress is part of the LoveShackFancy collection with Target. I browsed the collection when it first launched, but didn't pull the trigger on anything. We were at the height of quarantine and while the thought was nice I just knew I had no where to wear a dress like this. Fast forward a few months to walking around Target and seeing it was 50% off. I still have no where to wear it, but at that price I couldn't pass it up. I love all the ruffles and little lace details. I kept things simple with sandals, a nude purse and my favorite hat. This would be perfect for brunch, a girls day, or really anything!! Ditch the hat and you have a great date night look!
This dress has since sold out online, but I have linked some similar options. I would also suggest checking your store. You just might get lucky.

Dress: Target (similar herehere here, & here) | Shoes: Steve Madden (also love these) | Bag: Tory Burch | Hat: Fig & Willow (similar here) | Sunnies: Quay Australia (similar ones part of the Nsale here) | Lipstick: NARS Lipstick in Orgasm

What are you shopping for now? Are you back to work and back to normal clothing? Still working from home and only purchasing lounge-wear?  Let me know if the comments below so I can share more of what y'all are currently needing? I am working from home and trying to get myself to wear normal clothes on a more regular basis. While I don't have to I definitely miss my jeans, dresses, skirts, etc.

P.S. If you are wondering why the photo content is sorely lacking on this post it all goes back to my Mac-book breaking. All my photos are on there and when I went to put my sim card in J's computer... it didn't have the right slot for it. L O L!!! Naturally! So until I can get my computer back the photos are limited.

End of Summer Outfit

Despite the fact that your feed is FLOODED with Nsale/Fall content it is very much still summer!

It honestly has been so hot here in Florida. I walk Ramsey around 8am and I am completely drenched in sweat by the time I get home.

Today I have a great outfit to help beat this end of summer heat.

These shorts are actually a few years old, but I still reach for them every summer. They are a linen material and just feel so lightweight. I paired them with a fitted spandex tank and my favorite bamboo purse. This is such a great outfit for a number of activities. I feel like we are all starting to venture out for some outdoor dining/drinks. This would be a perfect day or evening look. (I would just switch to some heels for a more nighttime look.)

Shorts: Loft (similar here) | Tank: Target | Shoes: Steve Madden (also love these) | Purse: Amazon | Sunnies: Quay Australia | Lipstick: NARS Lipstick in Orgasm

How's the weather where you are? I am definitely ready for some cooler weather. We are about to redo our patio and I can't wait to sit out there and enjoy a nice glass of red wine in the crisp fall air. Anyone else?

Nsale Dupes

If you’re like me you haven’t been able to shop the Nsale just yet. (You’re either an insider or waiting for public access.) If you haven’t been able to shop you are also probably feeing similar sadness watching all the wonderful things you put on your wishlist sell out more and more as each tier can shop. (I kid you not when I tell you over half my wishlist has sold out. I also kid you not I have never had more than 1 or 2 things sell out that I wanted in years past.)

Since I feel like so many of you are feeling the same way today I rounded up some piece you can shop now that are very similar to Nsale ones.

Plaid Blazer
I wanted the plaid Topshop blazer so bad.
Running Shorts
I need new running shorts so bad and they are always so expensive. I was excited to get some Nike ones from the sale... until they sold out. I honestly might like these better.
Tie Dye Sweatshirt
Tie dye is such a trend. I normally don't like the super bright colors, but I like both of these.
Taupe Booties
The one year I actually need to replace my taupe suede booties they sell out in my size. If I'm honest I'm not 100% sure I loved this years Nsale option. I just bought these Steve Madden ones today. $70 and free 2 day shipping!
Graphic Tee
Another huge trend right now. I liked the one from the sale, but I think I like the other option better.
Leopard Shoes
I have been wanting these for so long. I was so excited to see them in the sale... but they sold out in like 2 seconds. I just bought the other version. They are under $19 and look SUPER similar.
Nightgown
This pink stripe option sold out really fast. This is another piece I found that are almost identical.
Chunky Knit Sweater
I had the Free People sweater on my wishlist in 3 colors!!! They all sold out in my size. This one is very similar and comes in a TON of color options.

I’m not sure why things are selling out at such a quick pace this year. I think it has to do with how they opened it to the different tiers over a longer period of time and that its more advertised that they can shop earlier. I really hope Nordstrom doesn’t go with this process again next year. I hope some of the products above fill any voids in your Nsale wishlist. Happy shopping on Thursday or August 19th when it opens to the public.

Nordstrom Sale 2020

The most wonderful time of the year is upon us!
(kidding... kind of!) But I do love the Nordstrom Sale.
Shopping officially started for Icon level members yesterday. Check out my post here to see when access starts for you.
When you can shop this is the post you'll want to reference. I've rounded up all the best in a bunch of different categories. These are things that are on my wishlist this year or already in my closet. (You can reference the above post to see what I already own and highly recommend.)
It's a lot, so let's get going!

These come in a ton of different options!
These are probably the top item on my wish list. They are stylish but also seem super functional.
I have the pair from 2 years ago and wear them all the time. I love this color and they come in black!
These also come in a really pretty tan color. They have a zip which makes them easier to get on and off.
The lining on these looks super cozy. They are also good Golden Goose dupes IMO.
Give me all the embossed shoe pieces! This one comes in lots of colors including a really pretty teal.
Another one that comes in a few color options. I like that all the snake print is more brown this year.
Another snake print option. This is a trend that will continue to be big through the fall.
I'm obsessed with the cheetah print. I have a pair from last year and they are great athleisure shoes.
Great bootie option. Comes in a few colors including the teal I was talking about with the heeled sandal above.
I need a new pair of taupe booties and these may be the winners. Other colors available.
I'm a sucker for white sneakers and these are a classic. I'm honestly shocked they are part of the sale since these are such good selling sneakers.
I have a pair that's very similar from a few years ago and I love them. I feel like Steve Madden is good quality for the price.
Like I said above give me all the embossed shoes! I freaking love these! They come in a few other colors including a Burgundy that is also embossed.
This is the other bootie I am contemplating to fulfill my taupe bootie need. This is always a favorite and sells out super fast!
I've been obsessed with running shorts lately. (Probably because I'm running outside and it's 1000000 degrees.) Always love finding these kind of pieces on sale.
I love the blue color this year. Something different.
I bought one last year and love it! (Sweatshirt version here that I also love!)
Definitely will be looking for some cold weather work-out gear.
I bought the hoodie version last year and I love it. It's so soft and comfy.
This is such a cute workout piece. Would be great for barre or yoga.
I love the matching set trend for workout clothes. I will definitely be getting this bra in black and might pull the trigger on the pink set as well.
This is another "bra" that can also be worn as a crop top.
I love a good saying on my workout clothes. This one is too cute!
Throwback rocker t-shirts are definitely having a moment right now. I might have to add this one to my collection.
This is one of the first things I put on my wishlist. I will probably get the white, but this pink color is super pretty.
This sweater keeps you so warm! I'm pretty sure I wore it multiple days of our Paris trip in January. I have it in oatmeal and I might get the rust color this year. Make sure you size down. I got a medium last year because that's all that was left and I definitely wish I got the small.
This is such a cute sweater. I definitely think it will go quick so don't wait to grab it!
Definitely stock up on basics during this sale. These t-shirts make great layering pieces
Who doesn't love a plaid shirt? This brand is so freaking soft! I love the dark colors of the one here. It does come in a few other color ways as well.
Another great layering piece. I always love a good strip long sleeve tee.
Great basic piece for your fall wardrobe. Would look cute with jeans and booties or with leggings.
I'm a sucker for most free people basics and this tee is no exception. I love this lavender color and the length is amazing!
Another Free People piece. This sweater will definitely be coming home with me in 2 colors.
This was another piece that quickly made it onto my wishlist. Seems like a good piece to have for Florida when you want the look of a coat but don't really need the warmth. It comes in a tan color that I will probably get although I am really trying to convince myself to get gray. (Ya like what ya like and I love a good tan/beige/oatmeal color.)
The teddy bear coat trend will continue to stick around this year. I really like the color on this coat. Something different.
I love a good Moto jacket. This one is a great price and with it being Levi's I would bet it's great quality as well.
This one is a little pricey. (I didn't realize when I added it to my list.) It is cashmere though so you know what you're paying for. I also love a light blue coat.
I've had my eye on this for a while. I have a few black leather jackets and this year I just really need to add a tan suede one into my closet.
My friend actually showed me this jacket and I thought it was amazing! The collar is detachable. This is one of those pieces you probably don't need, but it could be a fun add.
I'm telling y'all, I am obsessed with this color. Need everything it comes in.
I want this jacket so bad!! I think it is so fun. Unfortunately, I don't think it will be finding a home in my closet since it doesn't get that cold here. Someone else please buy it for me!
I really love the length of this cardigan. I think I just love the whole styling of this outfit.
This cardigan is super soft and lightweight. It comes in so many color options too!
I love a good Topshop cardigan. I think I have bought their main cardigan from the sale for the last 3 or 4 years and it never disappoints.
This is a great option if you don't love how long and big the other one is. I usually size down a size or two in these. I'm normally a 6 or 8 and I get a 4.
Finally getting one of these guys this year. I tried on the cocoa tonight and it is beautiful and so so soft!
Another super soft Barefoot Dreams piece. This reminds me of a cardigan from last year that sold out super quick.
I have one of these from last year that I love. I am also obsessed with the colors on this one.
I have this one is so many colors from years past. Good quality at a good price point that is also available in tons of colors.
I think these are so fun! I always forget about jewelry during this sale for some reason. They definitely have a lot of great pieces.
I love Ray Bans and these are a great price! Under $100!
I post this every year and I have never pulled the trigger. This is the year. I was scoping out the color options at my store tonight!
This is a great time to get pieces like this. This wallet is almost 50% off!
This dress is really soft in person. I've seen it on a bunch of people and it looks really cute. Especially if you have a bump.
This is another piece I was immediately drawn to. I hope it looks as cute on me as it does on the model.
These are so fun to me. I don't really have anywhere to wear them, but if you have to dress up these would be great in the fall.
This is one of my favorite sunglass brands. They have a few cute options in the sale this year.
I always get a set of these to use as gifts during the holidays. You can give them as is or break them up and gift to multiple people.
I am obsessed with this set. It comes in a ton of prints, but the stars are my personal fav.
If I hadn't already bought so many purses this year I would for sure buy this bag. I saw it in person tonight and it was so good.
If the barefoot Dreams blanket is a little much for you this is a great option at an even better price. It's super soft and cozy and would also make a great gift.
I have a feeling this one might sell out quick. I am absolutely obsessed with it. I really don't need any more hats, buttttt this guy might make the cut.
I am so happy my store had this tonight when I went. I will definitely be trying it on. I think it could be really cute for fall.
Charlotte Tilbury Pillow Talk Lip Set
This lipstick and gloss is hands down one of my favorites. In the set you also get the lip liner. It's seriously the perfect nude!
Olaplex Maintenance System
I currently use the hair protector from this brand and love it. I've heard great things about the whole line!
Too Faced Hangover Prep, Prime, & Refresh Set
I've used both these products and love them!
Dry Bar Dry Shampoo
I'm super picky about my dry shampoo and I can promise you this is a good one. The scent is also amazing!
Supergoop! Daily Moisturizer
I use this every morning and it's such a good moisturizer. It also has SPF, which is super important. This one comes with 2 small sizes of the play sunscreen. That is currently my favorite sunscreen.
PMD Personal Microderm Pro Device
My friend has one of these and absolutely raves about it. I love getting a microdermabrasion at the spa so might have to try this out.
Dr. Dennis Gross Skincare Peel Set
I have used these before and let me tell you they are soooo worth the money and hype. Every single thing I have tried from this brand is nothing short of amazing.
T3 Curling Iron
I've been thinking about getting one of these for a while. I always use my straightener to curl my hair but I want to see if this is worth the hype.
St Tropez Bronzing Mousse
Hands down the best self tanner. It's almost double the size of the normal big bottle and almost the same price! Definitely worth it!
Laura Mercier Caviar Eye Stick Trio
These go on so smooth and don't budge. The colors in this set are going to be great for creating fall eye looks.
MAC Mini Lipglass Trio
I've been really into lip gloss lately. There was a time I absolutely hated it and wanted matte lipstick only. This seems like a good purchase because I never do finish lip colors.
Kopari Deodorant Set
This is the best natural deodorant I've found. (I still owe y'all a post on that.) This one has 3 different kinds so you can try them all and see what you like best.
Kiehl's Line-Reducing Concentrate
I've been using this stuff for over a year! Maybe even 2 now. I swear it helps reduce fine lines and wrinkles. If I didn't just stock up I would buy this set in a heartbeat!

So there you have it! That is my big blog post for the 2020 Nordstrom sale! I'll update this post over the next few weeks as needed. Make sure you follow me on instagram (@thefashionablylateblonde) and in the LTK app (same name as insta) because I'll be posting outfits and try-ons there!
What are you looking forward to the most from the Nsale? I think shoes, sweaters and barefoot dreams are my biggest things this year. Can't wait to share with y'all what I actually get.
Happy Shopping y'all!

Nsale: Pieces/Things I Own & Love

Today is officially the first day of the Nordstrom sale.
Starting today Icon level members can start shopping!
Here's a breakdown of dates:
Icons can shop starting August 4th. Early access is August 4th-18th for these members.
Ambassadors can shop starting August 7th. Early access is August 7th-18th for these members.
Influencers can shop starting August 10th. Early access is August 10th-18th for these members.
Insiders can shop starting August 13th. Early access is August 12th-18th for these members.
Public access starts August 19th. The sale will run through August 30th. To get early access you must have the Nordstrom credit card. Things definitely sell out so it is worth it. However I would never recommend someone getting a credit card just to shop a sale. I personally have the debit card. (Unfortunately they no longer offer this option. I wish they did because it's way easier to keep yourself in check.) If you do opt to get the credit card my piece of advice is don't go crazy. The deals are good but not worth going into debt over. Figure out what you truly need and can afford and stick to those items/budget.

Now that we have covered all that I am excited to share my first Nsale post of the year. I rounded up pieces that they have brought back year after year and that I personally own. You know all these pieces are good because like I said they have brought them back year after year. Some of them are a little updated and I will make sure to call that out. I can promise you that any of these pieces are things you will reach for year after year. It's also a great time to stock up on beauty. I have added a bunch of my favorites to this post too.

Cowl Neck Sweater
I am obsessed with this sweater. I got it last year and it's SUPER warm. Definitely size down. I think I might get the orange color this year. I obviously own the beige because y'all know I love a good neutral.
Kopari Deodorant
This is my favorite!
Quay Blue Light Glasses
I have the sunglass version of these and love them. Thinking I might need to snag the blue light version.
Sam Edelman Knee High Boots
I bought a pair like this 2 years ago and LOVE them!!
Thinking I might get the brown version.
L'occitane Hand Cream
This stuff is amazing! Definitely my favorite hand cream. It feels so luxurious.
Spanx Leggings
Y'all have probably heard all about these. If you haven't pulled the trigger on them you should! I'm going to get another pair this year!
Supergoop Daily Moisturizer Set
This is such a good deal. I use this moisturizer daily.
Madewell Colorblock Cardigan
I bought a version of this last year and love it. This is a great neutral piece.
BP Cardigan
These are great cardigans at an even better price point. I have a few of these from years past.
Adidas Swift Run Sneakers
I bought a white pair last year and will definitely be buying this leopard version this year. Size down at least a half size. I'm normally a 7.5/8 and I think I have 6.5 from last year.
St. Tropez Self Tanner
This is my favorite self tanner. This is a jumbo bottle. It will last me forever!
Charlotte Tilbury Pillow Talk Lip Set
This is my favorite nude lipstick & gloss. You also get the liner in this set.
Kiehl's Line Reducing Serum Duo Pack
This is my favorite nighttime serum. You basically get half a bottle free.
Zella High Waist Leggings
I bought these last year and love them. They really suck you in!
TopShop Faux Leather Moto Jacket
Another piece I bought last year and LOVED!! Such a great price and good quality.
BP Basic Tee
Always a good time to stock up on basic t-shirts. (long & short) They make for great pieces to wear now and then layer later on.

These are all things I own and love and I know you will get a lot of use out of.
Let me know if you pick any up and love them!
