Sephora Fall Sale 2020

The Fall Sephora sale started Friday for Rouge members. Don't worry if you're not Rouge. It starts 11/3 for VIB & 11/5 for Beauty Insiders. If you aren't signed up now is a PERFECT time to do so. You will get 10% off if you're a Beauty Insider, 15% off for VIB and 20% off for Rouge.
If you're not sure what to buy I've got ya covered. I've rounded up some of my favorite things and some things that are in my cart. Since we are so close to the holidays I picked a lot of gift sets. Great to gift friends/family or yourself.

This has 2 of my favorite lip colors in it! I also love a mini lipstick because if I'm being honest I think I've finished maybe 1-2 full tubes of lipstick in my life.
This is one of my favorite body lotions. It comes in a supersize version for the holidays. Currently in my cart.
These are supposed to be so good for your skin and hair. This would make a great gift. It's a little pricey so great to buy when there's a sale.
I bought this a few weeks ago and love it. I used to use the sleep mask and it did wonders for my lips. The gummy bear flavor is so good.
This is one of my all time favorite dry shampoos. I love that it comes with a full size and travel size. Definitely in my cart.
These lip glosses are so pretty. I definitely will be picking up this set for myself.
This stuff is INSANE!! I bought it a few weeks ago and loved it!
I got a set of these and am OBSESSED. They are so easy to use and super pigmented.
This is such a steal! Tarte pallets are amazing and they took some of their best sellers, made them mini and then put them in a gift set. There's also some new limited edition colors in there.
I love Origins masks. They are super affordable and work really well. This would be great for mask mixing. The charcoal is my favorite.
I got this a few weeks ago after hearing so many people rave about it! I think I am definitely a fan.
These are some of my favorite hand creams. I love picking up these sets at the holidays because I can keep one in my purse, one at my desk, and one on my nightstand. All the important places.
Ever since cutting my hair shorter earlier this year I have been loving texturizing spray. This is definitely one of my favorites. It also smells AHMAZING.
I feel like so many people have been talking about these lately. I might have to pick some up to try for myself. The colors look really pretty.

Those are my picks for the current Sephora sale. You can also see my picks from the Spring sale here. Let me know if you have any questions or are looking for something specific. Always happy to help.
Happy shopping.

Free People Knits

This outfit is definitely my new favorite. I also love how it came together so last minute. I was heading out to shoot and wanted to make sure I had 3 outfits. I tried something else on and it didn't work out the way it did in my head. Then I had this idea and it worked out PERFECTLY!
This is the famous Free People sweater and I was so happy I snagged it during the Nsale. (Actually my friend Catherine snagged it. When she tried it on she didn't like it so she sold it to me. Thanks Cat!)
I think it is definitely worth the hype. It's super soft, cozy and extremely warm. (It was also close to 90 the day we shot this.)
My skit is another Free People find that y'all have seen more than a few times. (Last seen here)
I honestly never thought about pairing the two together when I purchased them, but here we are. My love for neutrals and a good monochromatic look lead us here. I love how the two are similar colors but not exactly the same. I also love that they are both a knit. That was the thing that I was most worried about when I thought of pairing the two together. However this was one of those times where I pictured an outfit in my head and it worked out perfectly.
The sweater comes in a few other color options and the skirt comes in about 15 color options. In case tan/beige isn't your thing.

Sweater: Free People | Skirt: Free People | Hat: Pink Lily | Booties: Old (similar here & here) | Necklace: Amazon | Earrings: Amazon | Sunnies: Quay Australia | Lipstick: Buxom Full Force Plumping Lipstick in Influencer

I'd like to also point out that this would be a great Thanksgiving outfit. It might seem a little crazy to be saying that, but Halloween is Saturday and Thanksgiving will be here before we know it.
I hope everyone has a wonderful weekend and a Happy Halloween.

Twirling into Fall

 Happy Tuesday friends!
What a week it's been already. haha
We got home from Asheville late Sunday and I feel like I've been non-stop busy ever since. I am definitely looking forward to a nice relaxing weekend of doing nothing.
Enough about that, let's talk about this dress.
If you follow me on Instagram you might remember I shared it a few weeks ago in a Target haul I did. I absolutely LOVE it for Fall. The colors are perfect for this time of year. It would actually be a really great option for Thanksgiving. (I can't believe it's already time to think about that.) It's a pretty oversize fit which is always great for the Thanksgiving holiday. I belted it here to give my body a little more shape. You could also size down, but I decided to keep my normal size. I honestly think they were sold out of size Small.
If it's a little cooler where you live you could throw on some OTK boots and a suede or leather jacket. There are really a lot of different styling options with this dress. I always love a piece you can style multiple ways.

Back in Black

Do you ever just put on an outfit and feel like an immediate boss? That's exactly how I felt when I put this on to shoot. These pants are AHMAZING!
Y'all know I love a good leather (faux leather) piece and these are no exception.
I first saw them about a month or two ago on @talktargettome's instagram and knew I needed them. When I saw them in person I was a littler nervous because the leg wasn't as tapered as I thought. (Having bigger thighs sometimes a wider leg can make you appear bigger IMO.) Once I tried them on though I absolutely loved them! I do recommend keeping your top very fitted and your shoes not too chunky. (The ones I'm wearing here are honestly a little bulky for my liking, but they were all I could find as we were rushing out the door.)
These would be such a great pant if you have to dress for work. Especially with Winter coming. I recommend taking your normal size or even sizing down. I'm in and 8 and I have a little bit of room so I probably could have done a 6. I didn't want them too tight though.

Top: Nordstrom (also love this) | Pants: Target | Shoes: Old (similar here & here) | Sunnies: Quay Australia | Lipstick: Charlotte Tilbury Matte Revolution Lipstick in Lady Liberty

We are off to Asheville tomorrow. I am so freaking excited. I already have everything all packed up! I wish the weather was going to be a bit cooler but it will still be really fun! Drop any recommendations you have for Asheville in the comments.

Puff Sleeve

 The puff sleeve.
I'm sure y'all have been seeing this trend EVERYWHERE! Sometimes you see a trend and you HATE it. Sometimes you see a trend and just need a little more time. And sometimes you see a trend and just immediately love it! That's how I felt about the puff sleeve. I honestly have been on board with this since I first saw it.
This dress was actually the first piece I bought with a puff sleeve. (I've had it a couple months and I'm just getting around to sharing.) I thought I would get a top first to make sure I liked it on me, but when I saw this dress I just knew I had to have it.
I was also sold because I loved the linen material and neutral color. I paired it here with simple heels, but you could easily turn this into a fall outfit. I'm thinking sock booties and a leather or jean jacket. (Although you'll loose the sleeves when you put on a jacket.)
This dress is sold out so I have linked some other options for y'all.

Dress: Abercrombie (similar herehere, & here) | Shoes: Target | Bag: Tory Burch (similar option in similar color here) | Sunnies: Quay Australia | Lips: Stila Stay All Day Shimmer Liquid Lipstick in Miele

What are your thoughts on this trend? I'm always so curious what trends people are immediately drawn to and which ones take a little more time.
This trend will definitely be here through the winter. (I just bought a cute mixed media sweater with puff sleeves.) Let me know if you give it a try!
