Sweater weather has finally
arrived…in NYC that is. Or, rather it was here earlier this week. (Today the
high is like 85.) I wore this on Tuesday night to drinks at the Frying Pan;
which is a bar/restaurant on a boat. I knew being on the water that it would
probably be pretty chilly, and I was so right!
I picked up this sweater during the Nsale, and it is still in stock, and
I can’t recommend it enough. It’s pretty thick but, has super cute details;
such as bell sleeves and a lace up back.
Another thing I wanted to
talk about in this post is great bags, if you live in or are visiting NYC. (I
kept my huge tote bag in these photos for a reason.) Having lived here before, I can’t recommend a
tote or backpack enough. (#Thankful AF backpacks are super trendy.) Spending a
day in the city or living here means you probably have a pretty jammed pack
schedule, so you will need to bring countless things with you to get through
your day. Totes carry a ton of stuff, and are easy and stylish to carry around.
Now that backpacks are trendy, you can pack a ton of
stuff in there and transport everything with ease on your back, throughout the
day. I have linked up some of my favorites below. Whether you’re an NYC local
or planning a trip, these are sure to get you from point A to point B, C and D
effortlessly.
Sweater: Topshop | Denim: BP. | Booties: Vince Camuto old (similar here, here, & here) | Sunnies: Sonix | Tote: Not Available (similar here, love this, this, this & this) | Lipstick: Sephora Cream Lip Stain Liquid Lipstick in 27 Black Cherry
I hope everyone has a
fabulous Thursday and as always thanks for stopping by.
