White Ruffle Dress

 Wow!
What a week! And it's only Tuesday. 
We have been having so many technical issues lately. The latest is my Mac-book may or may not be DUNZO!! J is taking it to work tomorrow to have some tech guys look at it. Cross your fingers for me that they can save it. 
Let's talk about this outfit though. I am obsessed!! When we shot this outfit I instantly fell in love with all the photos. It turned out so perfectly. You know when you imagine something in your head and it ends up working out exactly like you thought or better? That's what happened here. 
This dress is part of the LoveShackFancy collection with Target. I browsed the collection when it first launched, but didn't pull the trigger on anything. We were at the height of quarantine and while the thought was nice I just knew I had no where to wear a dress like this. Fast forward a few months to walking around Target and seeing it was 50% off. I still have no where to wear it, but at that price I couldn't pass it up. I love all the ruffles and little lace details. I kept things simple with sandals, a nude purse and my favorite hat. This would be perfect for brunch, a girls day, or really anything!! Ditch the hat and you have a great date night look!

Bridal Two Piece

So happy that it's Thursday and we are almost to the weekend. I have to admit that I did not make good on my to-do list. I did not get part 1 of my bachelorette party up yesterday. I sat down to start it and I just realized it was one of those posts that was gonna take some time. I plan on having a FULL blog day on Saturday so you can definitely expect it next week. I will also have more bachelorette outfits and some fall outfits. Y'all just might be getting 3-4 posts a week for a while instead of my usual 2.

Let's talk about today's outfit! This was probably one of my favorite pieces from my bachelorette. (Aside from my wife of the party swim suit! That was hands down my best outfit. Seen here.)

I've said in the past that I normally shy away from two-piece sets, but lately I have been all over them. I saw this one months ago when browsing revolve and I knew I had to have it for some type of wedding festivity. I wore this on night one to dinner and the club. It was perfect! (I'm wearing a size large. The top was a little big, but the skirt fit like a glove! I also usually size up when it comes to white since it's VERY unforgiving.) We had so much fun this night! It was also the night I wore white and all my girls wore black! 

If you are a bride to be or just like white I highly suggest this set. It's just the right amount of sexy in my book.

Pink & White Spring Time

Spring is officially in full swing in most places. This past weekend I put together what I'm thinking will probably be my last look with a jacket for a while. (Other than a jean jacket because those don't count.)

I have been obsessed with this jacket since I got it a few weeks ago. I have been loving it with black denim, but wanted to style it with something different. I was going to pair it with a white dress but it was a little on the cooler side last weekend. Since I thought I would need jeans I thought why not do a white on white look with this jacket on top? I was immediately in love! I hope there are a few more cool days so I can repeat this outfit. If not I'll just wear the jeans and tank to dinner one night and bring the jacket since FL restaurants are always FREEZING! haha 

Let's also take a minute to talk about this tank. I am always searching for basic tanks and this one is great! I currently have it in black and white, (shocker I know!) but I think I need more colors. Maybe smokey blue or pacific coral? Maybe both? It's just such a great piece to have in your closet.

Easter Eyelet

Happy Tuesday friends!

I hope everyone had a great weekend. I went non-stop from the time my best friend arrived until he left. We had a great time in Charleston and got to see a lot of things in the short time we were there.

I also got to shoot this amazing white jumpsuit on Rainbow Row and I think it might be one of my favorite shoots to date.

I picked up this gorgeous white jumpsuit from Ashley Gryre (a local boutique) about a week ago. I saw it and just had to try it on. I was a little nervous as this boutique can be pricey, but this jumpsuit was a total steal. I love white and eyelet in the spring/summer, and the style of this jumpsuit is AMAZING! It’s supposed to be a little cropped (short girl problems), but I didn’t mind where it hit on me.

I want to wear it everyday; but that would be a little extreme. I will however be wearing it this Sunday for Easter.

White on White

Hi friends!

I feel like ever since the Nsale started, Instagram and blogs have quickly shifted to fall. But fear not my loves, because I know it is definitely still summer, for at least a few more weeks. Today I am sharing the perfect summer outfit to get you through the last few weeks of fun in the sun, and sweltering temperatures.

I LOVE an all white outfit. (Heck I will even break the rules and wear white after Labor Day.) Something about it just seems so fresh and clean to me. Sometimes I like to keeps things really neutral and classic with a brown bag however, on this day I decided to add a fun pop of color. This pink purse is another favorite of mine for summer. You’ll also notice I tied a denim shirt around my waist because we all know shops and restaurants keep their AC on high. This is a great way to make your outfit trendy yet practical.

I wore this to run errands with my mom but it would also be perfect for brunch, or a fun Saturday exploring.

I hope y’all enjoyed this summer outfit. I want to try and keep things focused on summer at least until Labor Day. I love fall as much as the next person but, I cannot even think about OTK boots, and chunky sweaters, until the temps drop at least another 20 degrees. Even then it might be a bit warm for that.
