Spring? Is that you?

It’s kind of ironic that I shot spring content this weekend to share with y’all because today feels like the farthest thing from springtime! It’s literally 48 degrees right now as I write this. The good news, if it’s still this cold where you are, today’s sweater is still relevant. I styled it with jeans and a tank for a spring look however; you could easily layer it on top of a long sleeve and be really warm. This sweater is not only the softest thing ever (I wish y’all could feel it), but also the warmest thing EVER. I wore it to work a couple weeks ago and was sweating!! (I never sweat in my office because they keep it at 65 degrees!! Not that day.)

I love this color paired with all white, but you could rock it with black or blue denim as well. It also makes a great lounge piece for around the house since it’s so soft and cozy. Or with leggings while running errands. Basically you will wear this ALL of the time!

It comes in a couple other colors, however they are all becoming harder and harder to find since we are hopefully leaving winter behind. You should definitely scoop one up if you haven’t already!

Comfy Cozy

Lately I have been all about comfy clothes. (Seriously give me all the joggers, yoga pants, soft tees and hoodies.) I recently went into Aerie to look for a swimsuit, and I fell in love with pretty much their entire store. I never go in there, as I buy all my under garments from Victoria’s Secret. However, after this trip, I will definitely be visiting them more often.  They have so many good pieces that you can wear around the house or running errands on a Saturday. This oversize sweatshirt immediately caught my eye because A. it’s white (I love white articles of clothing) B. it was extremely oversize and C. I really liked the graphic. It will be the perfect piece to throw on with shorts this summer. I have linked this sweatshirt and a bunch of other pieces I love from Aerie below. Outfit Inspo: Thanksgiving Edition

Can you believe Thanksgiving is just a little over a week away?! Where has the year gone? Today I've put together some outfit ideas for the feast next Thursday. Hopefully this will give you enough time to go shopping or order online. I would suggest doing expedited shipping on anything you might order. (better to be safe than sorry)

What's everyone's plans? We always go to Pete's Bar in the morning to spend time with family and friends. (Sounds weird I know, but it is a HUGE tradition in our beach town) After that I think me, J and out families will be having a pretty small, low key Thanksgiving.

P.S. A few of these items do have bell sleeves. Just be mindful when wearing these/picking out your outfit because there will be lots of food, lots of passing & maybe some reaching! The last thing you want is mashed potatoes and gravy all over your sweater sleeve.

Summer Sweatshirt

Happy Friday Eve!!

I don't know about you, but I am soOoOoOo ready for the weekend!

Speaking of the weekend, this is such a great weekend outfit. This sweatshirt is literally the SOFTEST thing I have ever felt. I wore it to work the other day; and a girl came up to me, and she touched my sweatshirt, and said "I have been staring at your sweatshirt all day wondering how soft it is and it is really soft". Haha. 

Now I know what you're thinking...Why would I buy a sweatshirt at the beginning of summer? Well idk about where you live, but here in Florida, my office, every restaurant, store, and any other public place is about 0 degrees. So it’s nice to have sweatshirts/sweaters in the summer. And with this one being pretty lightweight it's PERFECT! Lastly this sweatshirt is actually kind of cropped making it even more summer appropriate. However, I sized WAYYYYY up, as I wanted a more oversized/slouchy fit. (I could have gotten away with a small but I got a large.) I also like that I can roll the sleeves and make it extremely off the shoulder since it is so oversized.
