Nsale Dupes

 If you’re like me you haven’t been able to shop the Nsale just yet. (You’re either an insider or waiting for public access.) If you haven’t been able to shop you are also probably feeing similar sadness watching all the wonderful things you put on your wishlist sell out more and more as each tier can shop. (I kid you not when I tell you over half my wishlist has sold out. I also kid you not I have never had more than 1 or 2 things sell out that I wanted in years past.) 

Since I feel like so many of you are feeling the same way today I rounded up some piece you can shop now that are very similar to Nsale ones. 

Plaid Blazer
I wanted the plaid Topshop blazer so bad. 
Running Shorts
I need new running shorts so bad and they are always so expensive. I was excited to get some Nike ones from the sale... until they sold out. I honestly might like these better.
Tie Dye Sweatshirt
Tie dye is such a trend. I normally don't like the super bright colors, but I like both of these.
Taupe Booties
The one year I actually need to replace my taupe suede booties they sell out in my size. If I'm honest I'm not 100% sure I loved this years Nsale option. I just bought these Steve Madden ones today. $70 and free 2 day shipping! 
Graphic Tee
Another huge trend right now. I liked the one from the sale, but I think I like the other option better.
Leopard Shoes
I have been wanting these for so long. I was so excited to see them in the sale... but they sold out in like 2 seconds. I just bought the other version. They are under $19 and look SUPER similar. 
Nightgown
This pink stripe option sold out really fast. This is another piece I found that are almost identical.
Chunky Knit Sweater
I had the Free People sweater on my wishlist in 3 colors!!! They all sold out in my size. This one is very similar and comes in a TON of color options.

I’m not sure why things are selling out at such a quick pace this year. I think it has to do with how they opened it to the different tiers over a longer period of time and that its more advertised that they can shop earlier. I really hope Nordstrom doesn’t go with this process again next year. I hope some of the products above fill any voids in your Nsale wishlist. Happy shopping on Thursday or August 19th when it opens to the public. 

Nsale: Pieces/Things I Own & Love

Today is officially the first day of the Nordstrom sale.

Starting today Icon level members can start shopping! 

Here's a breakdown of dates:

Icons can shop starting August 4th. Early access is August 4th-18th for these members.

Ambassadors can shop starting August 7th. Early access is August 7th-18th for these members.

Influencers can shop starting August 10th. Early access is August 10th-18th for these members.

Insiders can shop starting August 13th. Early access is August 12th-18th for these members.

Public access starts August 19th. The sale will run through August 30th. To get early access you must have the Nordstrom credit card. Things definitely sell out so it is worth it. However I would never recommend someone getting a credit card just to shop a sale. I personally have the debit card. (Unfortunately they no longer offer this option. I wish they did because it's way easier to keep yourself in check.) If you do opt to get the credit card my piece of advice is don't go crazy. The deals are good but not worth going into debt over. Figure out what you truly need and can afford and stick to those items/budget. 

Now that we have covered all that I am excited to share my first Nsale post of the year. I rounded up pieces that they have brought back year after year and that I personally own. You know all these pieces are good because like I said they have brought them back year after year. Some of them are a little updated and I will make sure to call that out. I can promise you that any of these pieces are things you will reach for year after year. It's also a great time to stock up on beauty. I have added a bunch of my favorites to this post too.

I am obsessed with this sweater. I got it last year and it's SUPER warm. Definitely size down. I think I might get the orange color this year. I obviously own the beige because y'all know I love a good neutral.

This is such a good deal. I use this moisturizer daily.

This is my favorite self tanner. This is a jumbo bottle. It will last me forever!

This is my favorite nude lipstick & gloss. You also get the liner in this set.

This is my favorite nighttime serum. You basically get half a bottle free.

Nsale Home Picks 2019

Happy hump day friends!

I'm back with more Nsale coverage. Today I rounded up my top home picks. All these items are still in stock. If you can shop early access I suggest buying any last minute things you have your eye on by tomorrow. The sale opens to everyone on Friday and things will go QUICK!!! I'm not sure if they will be doing restocks this year or not. I will definitely keep my eye out and let you know. I also plan to have a post on Friday of all things still available from the sale that I think are worth the buy. This should help all you gals that didn't have early access. Ruffles & Polka Dots

The Nsale is officially in full swing; and I feel like in less than a week my instagram feed has turned into Fall. (Where’s my PSL?!) While I am so excited about all my fall finds from the Nsale, the temperatures are still in the 90’s, and getting hotter every day. This has made me realize that cooler temps and the ability to wear sweaters are still very far away!

 Today I wanted to share one of my favorite wear now (and later) pieces I got from the Nsale. It is possibly one of my favorite pieces in general that I purchased. This bib top is too cute! I love how girly the ruffles are and that the polka dots are very subtle. The color pairs perfectly with white denim, and come October, I will be wearing it with dark denim and some OTK brown boots. It also comes in black, which is always a great option in my book! I love pieces that transition seamlessly from season to season with just a slight change up.

Nordstrom Anniversary Sale

It's the most WONDERFUL time of the year! No it's not Christmas, but the Nordstrom anniversary sale is pretty darn close!

Today I have rounded up some of my favorite picks from this year's sale and I honestly think this is the best year yet!! See below for what I think are some must haves and grab them before they sell out!

*1. This duster is probably one of my favorite pieces. The girl at Nordstrom showed it to me yesterday and at first I didn't take it with me to try on. Fast forward to trying everything on in the dressing room and I couldn't stop thinking about it! I just HAD to have it. Wear it with jeans and booties or a dress and heels. So versatile!

2. I am a sucker for workout tanks since starting barre classes. I like this one because of the big logo. 

3. The lace up sweater trend was HUGE last year and this one gives that a whole new spin! I also love the pink color, but if that's not your thing it comes in 2 other colors.

*4. This plaid shirt is a MUST HAVE! It is super soft, comes in 5 colors and is under $32!!!! What more could you ask for? 

5. Again with the lace up sweater trend. This time on the back. I think this is super cute and different than the front lace up from last year. I also love this tank option.

6. I love pleats and this sweater is the cutest thing!! I feel like pleats are common in bottoms and dresses so this is very unexpected...in a good way! Also check out the dress version here.

*7. Cardigans are one of those things you can never have enough of. This one is perfect for the Fall over a cute top with jeans and boots. It comes in 4 other colors and is under $32! I got the black the other day and the beige is in my cart! 

*8. Love, love, LOVE this ripped denim! Plus, they under $45 so you really can't beat that. If your short these are PERFECT!  

9. I love dress that are of the "throw on and go" nature and this one definitely checks that box! It comes in 2 other colors, but I love the black one best. 

10. This jacket has been brought back from last year! I love BLANKNYC denim and this jacket is equally amazing. The embroidery and stud detail is so fun!

*11. This stripe top is one of the first things I grabbed Thursday. It's a great basic piece you can style a million different ways. It's also super soft and only $16!! I mean seriously, just buy every color at that price! 

12. I LOVE leather leggings and these Spanx leggings are some of the best! They are super high waisted and suck everything in! 

*13. Articles of Society jeans are already a pretty great price point. This price points just makes them a no brainer! They are really great quality and this particular style is a short girls BFF!!! I am contemplating a second pair in case something happens to the first one. Is that crazy? 

14. I love this two piece set! Wear it together for a super trendy 2 piece look or separately if thats just not your thing. It's super soft and I love the colors. Top here and skirt here

1. How comfy do these Ugg Slippers look? They are great for around the house or if you need to take your pup on a walk one cold morning! 

2. I have been wanting some Quay Australia sunnies and when I saw these were $36 I had to have them. They are very mirrored and VERY large so if you are unsure I would say try them on in store if possible.

3. I love Dry Bar and this is such a great deal! Also, the triple sec hair product in there is one of my favorites.

4. Love these low side booties. They are a great transitional shoe, look super comfy and are under $90! 

5. Clarisonic has changed my skin. Whenever someone asks if I think they are worth the money I don't even think twice about saying yes! I know they can be a little pricy which is why now is the perfect time to invest! 

6. T3 is supposed to be some of the best hair products. I really need a new hair dryer and this just might be the one.

7. Purses are a GREAT thing to buy during the sale and this Tory Burch is no exception. They had a really similar one last year and it sold out so quick!

8. Y'all know I love lipstick and MAC is one of my favorites! This kit comes with everything you need to make your lip color stay all night. (I am OBSESSED with the primer in this kit. I use it every time I put on lipstick and sometimes by itself as a balm.)

9. This Nars cheek pallet will help you create the perfect contoured cheekbones! The bronzer the comes in this is my favorite bronzer EVER! With all the blush options there is sure to be one that suits your skin tone perfectly! 

*10. I have these Sonix sunnies in black and I really love both options included in the sale! Again, they are pretty big, so if that's not your thing definitely try these on. 

11. This Laura Mercier pallet is PERFECTION! This is a pallet I think I would use ALL the shadows for once instead of just a couple. 

12. This Tory Burch tote is super similar to the York tote, but with a little more detail. It still has the center laptop case which I love and if you need a new work bag this is the one! 

13. Slides will continue to be a trend this Fall. While I'm totally #teamLC these Kristin Cavallari slides are super cute! I love the open back and they come in 3 colors. 

14. Even though I mostly use Tula products every once in a while I still use Purity and this is a really, really great deal for all of that! Your 32oz bottle is $55 so you basically get the 8oz bottle and exfoliating wash FREE! 

15. All I can say about these Vince Camuto OTK boots is OBSESSED!! At $159 if you don't buy them you WILL kick yourself later. 

16. Rebecca Minkoff is one of my favorite designers for purses! This little embroidered guy is no exception. So cute for Fall!
